This time, I took my parents, who hadn’t visited Taiwan in over a decade, back to their homeland for a heritage journey. We chose Dream Player Charter Services, and we were extremely satisfied with their service. The driver was very focused on safe driving throughout our trip and was well-acquainted with the routes and destinations, which gave us great peace of mind. We took my parents back to the campus where they first met; although many things have changed, the fond memories remain vivid. Our driver, Mr. Zhang, is about the same age as my parents, and we enjoyed his company over the past few days. He was attentive to the needs of every family member and respected our privacy, offering help when needed. The vehicle was always clean and well-kept. Whether for family trips or solo travel, I would choose their service again in the future.
Last weekend was my daughter’s birthday, and we wanted to give her a surprise. After finally coordinating our leave, we planned a two-day trip to the south. However, the day before we were supposed to leave, we found out that our car wouldn’t start. With time pressing and no rental services available nearby, we turned to DreamPlayer. They responded quickly to our needs and provided us with an experienced driver, Mr. Chen. Mr. Chen was not only punctual but also well-organized every detail of our itinerary. He waited outside each attraction to ensure we could adjust our schedule as needed. His professional service made our journey both comfortable and secure. I would definitely recommend DreamPlayer to friends.
March 1, 2024, was the special day my girlfriend said “yes” to my proposal, spending more than six months of planning this proposal. I’m profoundly grateful for the support from the DreamPlayer team and our exceptionally dedicated driver, Jack; this day will forever be etched in my memory. From our initial contact, the customer service staff at DreamPlayer were always quick and patient in helping me organize this major event. Having never chartered a vehicle or proposed before, I was nervous, but their meticulous planning ensured everything went smoothly. Jack was incredibly cooperative on the day, running around to prepare various items and was both punctual and professional. I highly recommend their charter service!
Recently, our band was scheduled to perform at a music festival in Kenting. However, due to late booking, it was nearly impossible to find available vehicles, or encountered price gouging. After a long search, we decided to go with DreamPlayer, which was highly rated and offered reasonable prices. Their customer service responded promptly to our needs and assigned a driver, nicknamed Bear, who was very familiar with the route to Kenting. Bear not only arrived at our gathering place early but also carefully helped us load our valuable instruments into the vehicle. Throughout the journey, Bear demonstrated a high level of professionalism and personalized service, ensuring that we could rest comfortably and prepare for our upcoming performance.
The response to line inquiries was very prompt, the cost was reasonable, the driver picked up and dropped off on time, and will make another appointment, thank you
Every January and February, our company has a high demand for transportation, and for the past three years, we have consistently chosen DreamPlayer for assistance. Their booking service is highly efficient and offers competitive pricing with customized itinerary options. The drivers are always punctual and professional, making them an excellent choice for business needs. Whenever any unforeseen issues arise during the trips, both drivers and customer service staff handle them promptly, ensuring no delays in our guests’ schedules. We look forward to continuing to enjoy the high-quality service your company provides in the future. Thank you, DreamPlayer, for your exceptional support!
his is the second time I travelled with Big players chartered tour. I was very impressed by his good service. From the first time I booked the trip till this time, Miss Momo answered my questions in email patiently and kept giving me most updated information about the tours. I would also like to thank our driver Brian. He took care of my 72-year-old father all the time. Every time before getting off car, he would verbally check with us to ensure our father had put on enough clothing during our tour. Also he tried his best to take us to as many scenic spots as he could in Lukang, Qingjing and Sun Lake Moon. My family and I will definitely highly recommend to our friends join your tours if they travel to Taiwan, even our next trip to other places of Taiwan.
I’m so happy I made the choice to pick this company, it was my last minute plan, so I messaged them the night before, and they replied right away and helped me arrange the trip the next morning, my driver Terry was very nice and knowledge, he explained every little details along the way. I definitely will use them again when I visit to Taiwan next time, thank you again! I will rate you

We booked airport transfer and day trip for our family trip in Taiwan, it was very efficient and helpful staff keep in touch with us during our trip. All driver was service good and friendly. Once again thank you to Ms momo and mr pan lang to make our trip successful and joyful
My husband and I just got back from the Taiwan. We had an amazing 7-day trip touring Taiwan. Our guide Tony was excellent. He was pleasant, outgoing, very knowledgeable, passionate about his beautiful country, and a good driver. He would always find a way to make us feel as guest along the journey and even went above and beyond in order to make our trip remarkable. For example, he helped us take pictures along the way and even made a video for us. In addition, the van was very clean and spacious enough for us and very comfortable. Taiwan is amazingly beautiful and if I get the opportunity to go there again, Big players chartered tour is the tour group I would choose again.
We had an absolutely awesome tour with the driver Chris in Hualien and Taroko! He catered to all of our interests and made sure that everything went smoothly. Also he knows special details about the area, such as the right times to view Taroko park to avoid crowds. He even took us to taste well-known local food and secret place that people rarely go. This trip is very accommodating and the fee is affordable…thanks Big players chartered tour.

This time I booked the car for my boyfriend’s parents. My boyfriend’s mother was worried that they wouldn’t be able to catch the plane (which made me nervous too), but the driver was really helpful. He arrived on time and the car was clean. My boyfriend’s mother was also relieved~ She told me that after arriving at the airport, the driver also helped them handle their luggage to ensure that the two of them could board the plane easily. Really appreciate his help!
